Level 4 Property Apprenticeship 

The Level 4 Property Apprenticeship program,  will give you knowledge and skills in various essential aspects of property, including:

  • The English legal system: Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework in England and Wales
  • Law of contract: Developing expertise in the principles and applications of contract law toensure the building or property contract meets industry and legal requirements
  • Land law: Exploring the intricacies of land ownership, tenures, and property rights. Understanding the importance of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Standard conveyancing transactions: Mastering the procedures and requirements involved in property transfers
  • Understanding accounting procedures for conveyancing transactions: Getting familiar with the financial aspects and processes related to property conveyancing.

Level 6 Property Apprenticeship

The Level 6 Property Apprenticeship programme, will give you knowledge and skills in various essential aspects of property, including:

  • Landlord and tenant law: You will explore the legalities of landlord and tenant relationships, becoming well-versed in the legal frameworks governing rental agreements. This includes areas such as lease negotiations, tenant rights, eviction processes, dispute resolution, and the legal responsibilities of both landlords and tenants
  • Conveyancing law and practice: This covers topics such as contract drafting, title searches, property transfers, land registration, and compliance with legal requirements throughout the conveyancing process
  • Managing client and office accounts in conveyancing: Youwill learn how to effectively handle client and office accounts, including tasks such as record-keeping, billing, budgeting, and adhering to accounting regulations and industry standards.
