Guides to ensure a safe return to learning and training.

Learners and employers working with Total People can now access a series of guides which provides information to ensure a safe return to onsite learning and training.

The Return to Total People Sites – Student Guide explains the measures in place for learners coming back to face to face training at Total People sites, while the Transitioning Back Moving Learning Forward – Employer Guide highlights what employers need to do to welcome apprentices back to their workplaces.

Both guides are intended to help all those involved in learning and training with Total People to understand what Total People is doing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.

Melanie Nicholson, Total People Managing Director, said: “Following the easing of lockdown restrictions and our own rigorous health and safety assessments, we are pleased to be in a position where we can welcome back our learners and employers in a safe and controlled manner.

The safety of our learners and employers, as well as our dedicated colleagues, remains our highest priority and we have produced these guides to ensure a smooth transition to face to face learning and training, which abide by the latest government advice.
