Duties include:
- To assist with the current Customer Service Team with answering all incoming and outgoing emails/telephone calls
- Organising picking, packaging and dispatch of customer orders
- Handling customer queries
- All related administration
- Liaising with internal departments
- Friendly positive attitude with a 'can do' approach to work
