Overview
Responsible for providing administrative support to the finance functions of the business. We are looking to recruit an apprentice to join our team. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.
About the apprenticeship
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Sales Ledger e.g. invoicing, returns, payments, allocations
- To manage customer and independent queries, weekly factory payroll HR (e.g. New starters on the system)
- EDI's. Month end procedures
- Stationary orders/quotes
- General office duties including answering incoming calls, filing etc.
- Credit control Assist Finance manager as needed
- Other general office admin as required
Apprenticeship qualification and training
- Assistant Accountant Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- In house training on internal systems AAT Qualification
