About the apprenticeship
If successful, you will work in the kitchen learning all aspects of catering, food preparation and dish development. You will start by working on a basic level, progressing to an advanced level.
Daily duties will include:
- All aspects of catering
- Knife skills
- Cooking to order etc.
Therefore, no skills are required as full training will be given. The salary will be reviewed after 3 months of the apprentice being in employment.
Possible full-time position for the right candidate or progression onto further Apprenticeship programmes.
