Overview
The Bears Paw require a friendly and hardworking individual to join their successful organisation as an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant. You will work towards a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
If successful, you will work in the kitchen learning all aspects of catering, food preparation and dish development. You will start by working on a basic level, progressing to an advanced level.
Daily duties will include:
- All aspects of catering
- Knife skills
- Preparation
- Cooking to order etc.
Therefore, no skills are required as full training will be given. The salary will be reviewed after 3 months of the apprentice being in employment.
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
