Overview
Working with Care4CE administrators to learn the payroll system to ensure strict deadlines are met. Liaise with commissioning teams and external partners in relation to referrals, rostering, care planning, configuring reports and designing presentations. We require cover in both the Knutsford and Macclesfield offices. Some travelling is required
About the apprenticeship
A variety of administration tasks will be required to support the Care4CE team based at Macclesfield and Knutsford. To act as a responsibe and helpful point of resolution for enquiries and queries, prioritising and appropriately dealing with or redirecting communications in a timely manner. Good organisation and planning skills are essential for this role and some travelling will be required.
Apprenticeship qualification and training
NVQ business administration level 3 training will be delivered in-house on the company's premises, with occasional face to face delivery and attendance at the training providers premises for functional skills and to sit examinations. Access to corporate training, including data protection, teambuilding, confidence and assertiveness training, stress and resilience,and presentation and communication skills is also provided.
