Overview
The role involves undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the operational service areas including Waste and Street Cleansing, Parks and Grounds and Fleet Services. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
Ansa provides a Waste & Recycling service and is a wholly owned company of Cheshire East Council.
The duties will include:
- Providing general administrative support
- Processing information using Microsoft and other applications where accuracy is important
- Dealing with internal and external people both face to face and by telephone in order to deliver an efficient customer service
- Processing of invoices, dealing with accounts and financial data, vehicle hire, motor related insurance claims, time sheets, and other correspondence
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
