Due to the success of previous educational programmes they are now searching for a Commis Chef Apprentice to work with their tight knit friendly team. The ideal candidate must have a good working attitude and be reliable
About the apprenticeship
Core job activities include most of the following; -
- Preparing, cooking, presenting food
- Making sure that food is served promptly
- Monitoring food production, ensuring quality
- Assuring good hygiene and health & safety practice
- Assisting with menu planning
- Taking product deliveries, ordering
- Managing food stocks
- Keeping accurate records
- Other tasks as reasonably requested
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Commis Chef Apprenticeship level 2, Standard,
Delivered all in the workplace.
Career progression
Full time position considered for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
