Brooklyn Farm Products Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
We are looking to recruit a customer service apprenticeship who will be helping out in our Farm shop.
The following duties will be the following:
- Stock replenishment
- Cash handling
- Serving customers
- Counter clerk admin
- Ordering stock
- Promote on Facebook or other social media
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
