About the apprenticeship
To undertake reception duties,
- Answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries
- Signing in visitors
- Direct visitors to the appropriate member of staff
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
