Earlstown Post Office are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join the team.
About the apprenticeship
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Dealing with the general public
- Advising clients on products and services
- Processing orders including till operation
- Keeping the shop floor fully stocked
- Pricing the stock
- Working cooperatively with colleagues at all times
- Promote and demonstrate excellent product knowledge
- Carry out tasks as reasonably requested by management
- Cash handling and serving in a post office
- Must also be able to pass post office security checks
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Customer Service Practitioner Standard with Total People and full on the job training.
