About the apprenticeship
Daily duties will include:
- Assisting with emails, filing and stock checks and queries
- Taking and making phone calls to and from suppliers and clients
- Organising postal services
- Keeping accurate and up to date records
- Using our systems that log our client's details and assigned works
- Using Spreadsheets, and standard Word documents
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
Full on the job training.
