Little Chipmunks Childminding Service are looking for a colleague to join the team. Someone who wants to excel in the care and development of children. Working Tuesday to Friday in a communal setting, this is ideal for someone starting out on a career in Childcare.
About the apprenticeship
Daily duties will include:
- Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child in line with company policies and procedures.
- Use play to support children to understand and encourage healthy life choices.
- Identify issues of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring that the welfare and safety of children is promoted and safeguarded
- Undertake specific tasks related to the safety and hygiene of the children and the cleanliness of the setting.
- Contribute to the planning and organisation of activities and children's individual experiences .
- Cleaning and changing of babies and children Preparation and feeding of meals
