Overview
Platzki Restaurant are looking for a new Apprentice Production Chef to join their busy team. You will work towards a Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
Daily duties will include:
- Taking deliveries of food supplies
- Preparing meat and vegetables
- Learning new recipes
- Keeping the kitchen and serving areas clean and hygienic
Apprenticeship qualification and training

Located in The Great Northern Warehouse, Platzki Restaurant is a concept created by two food fanatics who took a humble Polish potato pancake and turned it into a taste fest.
